Studio and studio rentals are not cheap and prices are rising, especially in the larger cities. UKK believes that artists should have the opportunity to live and work in the cities despite the rising rents.

In 2020 UKK made an agreement with the The Association of Danish Museums (ODM), Danish Artists Association (BKF) and Danish Artists Union (DBF) on recommendations for minimum fees for exhibitions at museums, in 2023 the agreement was updated and Foreningen af Kunsthaller i Danmark (FKD) joined.
